Refund & Return Policy

At Populars Clothes, operated by Mendomoon LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale".

  • Gift cards.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@popularsclothes.com.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Populars Clothes will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (size preference, style choice, etc.), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
